Description

A quick and creamy baked salmon dish topped with herbed Boursin cheese, producing a flavorful, tender entrée perfect for weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese round
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Spread equal portions of Boursin cheese on top of each fillet.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon and sprinkle with lemon zest.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
