Description
A quick and creamy baked salmon dish topped with herbed Boursin cheese, producing a flavorful, tender entrée perfect for weeknights.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese round
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and place them in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread equal portions of Boursin cheese on top of each fillet.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon and sprinkle with lemon zest.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use any Boursin flavor you prefer for variation.
- Do not overbake the salmon to keep it tender.
