Description

Creamy, dessert-inspired overnight oats that combine banana, vanilla, and a hint of pie-like richness for an easy, nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (any variety)
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 small ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 12 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 tbsp crushed graham crackers (optional, for topping)
  • Sliced banana for serving

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, milk, yogurt, mashed banana, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  2. Stir well until fully mixed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, stir the oats and adjust the thickness with additional milk if needed.
  5. Top with sliced banana and crushed graham crackers to mimic banana cream pie.

Notes

  • For extra protein, use Greek yogurt and add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
  • Graham crackers can be replaced with granola for a healthier crunch.
  • Use dairy-free milk and yogurt to make the recipe vegan.
