Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: sliced green onions


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until evenly coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
