Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup (40 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread (cookie butter)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold gently until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Warm the Biscoff spread slightly and dollop it over the batter.
- Use a knife or skewer to swirl the Biscoff into the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the center is just set.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
