Description

Rich, fudgy chocolate brownies swirled with creamy Biscoff spread, combining deep cocoa flavor with caramelized spiced sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 150 g Biscoff spread
  • 50 g crushed Biscoff biscuits


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together using a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and gently fold until just combined.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Warm the Biscoff spread slightly, then dollop it over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff biscuits on top.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  10. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep the brownies fudgy.
  • Biscoff spread can be substituted with other cookie butters if needed.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
