Description

A bold and creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce with a perfect balance of spice, garlic, and Parmesan—ideal for pasta, chicken, shrimp, or vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 11 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine.
  4. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens to desired consistency.
  8. Remove from heat and use immediately over pasta or protein.
