Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 9–10 minutes.
  3. Transfer eggs to an ice bath, let cool, then peel.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Stir in Cajun seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  7. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  8. Add the peeled eggs to the skillet and gently toss until fully coated in the sauce.
  9. Cook for 2–3 minutes, spooning sauce over the eggs.
