Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked turkey breast, sliced or shredded
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing or chipotle mayo
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss turkey with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and warm the turkey for 2–3 minutes.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spread ranch dressing or chipotle mayo evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer turkey, avocado slices, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion in the center.
- Fold in sides and roll tightly into wraps.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
