Cajun Turkey Avocado Wraps are flavorful and satisfying wraps filled with sliced turkey, creamy avocado, crisp vegetables, and a zesty Cajun kick, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked turkey breast, sliced or shredded
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing or chipotle mayo
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss turkey with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and warm the turkey for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  4. Spread ranch dressing or chipotle mayo evenly over each tortilla.
  5. Layer turkey, avocado slices, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion in the center.
  6. Fold in sides and roll tightly into wraps.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
