Description

Ingredients
- 40 mini pretzel twists or squares
- 40 soft caramel candies (unwrapped)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter (optional, for melting chocolate)
- Coarse sea salt (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange pretzels evenly on the baking sheet.
- Place one caramel candy on top of each pretzel.
- Bake for 4–5 minutes, just until caramels are soft (not melted).
- Remove from oven and gently press another pretzel on top to form a sandwich.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle or dip pretzel bites with melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle lightly with sea salt if desired.
- Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
