Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce or butter lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, parsley, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and evenly coated.
- Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf.
