Ingredients

  • 8 oz ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, scraping up any browned bits.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and garlic powder and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce is smooth and creamy.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
  9. Add cooked ramen noodles and mix until evenly coated.
  10. Garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot.
