Ingredients
- 8 oz ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, scraping up any browned bits.
- Stir in heavy cream and garlic powder and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce.
- Add cooked ramen noodles and mix until evenly coated.
- Garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot.
