Ingredients

  • 150 g cured meats (salami, prosciutto)
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup crackers or breadsticks
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup olives


Instructions

  1. Select a large serving board or platter.
  2. Arrange the cheeses evenly around the board.
  3. Fold and place the cured meats next to the cheeses.
  4. Fill empty spaces with fruits, nuts, crackers, and olives.
  5. Drizzle honey over one of the cheeses or serve on the side.
  6. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs for a festive look.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly before serving.
