A refreshing fruit salad combining crisp apples and juicy red grapes tossed in a lightly sweet cinnamon dressing for a simple and wholesome treat.
Ingredients
- 2 large apples, diced
- 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Wash, core, and dice the apples; place in a large bowl.
- Add halved red grapes to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour dressing over the fruit.
- Toss gently until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with nuts if using.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
