Description

A refreshing fruit salad combining crisp apples and juicy red grapes tossed in a lightly sweet cinnamon dressing for a simple and wholesome treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 large apples, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash, core, and dice the apples; place in a large bowl.
  2. Add halved red grapes to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour dressing over the fruit.
  5. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts if using.
  7. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
