Description

Cinnamon-Spiced Apple Grape Salad is a fresh and lightly sweet fruit salad made with crisp apples, juicy grapes, and a creamy cinnamon-spiced dressing. It’s refreshing, easy to prepare, and perfect as a side dish or light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups red seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 large apples, diced (such as Honeycrisp or Gala)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the grapes, then slice them in half.
  2. Dice the apples and toss them with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine grapes and apples.
  5. Pour the cinnamon dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  6. Stir in optional nuts if using.
  7. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

  • Use crisp apples for best texture.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • Can be made a few hours ahead and refrigerated.
