Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- Crackers or tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Rinse and finely chop the cranberries using a food processor or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, combine chopped cranberries, jalapeños, green onions, cilantro, sugar, lime juice, and salt.
- Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, spread the softened cream cheese evenly on a serving plate.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese.
- Serve chilled with crackers or tortilla chips.
