Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Crackers or tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Rinse and finely chop the cranberries using a food processor or sharp knife.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped cranberries, jalapeños, green onions, cilantro, sugar, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, spread the softened cream cheese evenly on a serving plate.
  5. Spoon the cranberry mixture over the cream cheese.
  6. Serve chilled with crackers or tortilla chips.
