Ingredients
- 1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or homemade)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (optional, for pastry)
- Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If using puff pastry, place the brie in the center of the pastry and wrap it completely, sealing the edges.
- Brush the wrapped pastry with beaten egg.
- Place the brie (wrapped or unwrapped) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and pastry is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and top with cranberry sauce, chopped nuts, honey, and rosemary.
- Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
