Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped cooked bacon (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
  2. Mix in chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes, or until firm enough to shape.
  5. Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls.
  6. Optional: Roll each ball in chopped bacon or extra dill.
  7. Refrigerate until set and ready to serve.
