Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped cooked bacon (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
- Mix in chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes, or until firm enough to shape.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into small balls.
- Optional: Roll each ball in chopped bacon or extra dill.
- Refrigerate until set and ready to serve.

- Add shredded cheddar for extra flavor and texture.
- Use full-fat cream cheese for the best results.
