Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry recommended)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 24 small squares.
  3. Press each pastry square into a muffin cup.
  4. Place a cube of brie in each cup.
  5. Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the brie.
  6. Brush pastry edges with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
