Description
A quick and festive appetizer made with buttery puff pastry cups filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce—perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry recommended)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 24 small squares.
- Press each pastry square into a muffin cup.
- Place a cube of brie in each cup.
- Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the brie.
- Brush pastry edges with egg wash.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with fresh rosemary before serving if desired.

- Use chilled brie for easier slicing.
