A creamy, spicy Fire Cracker Dip made with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and crushed firecracker crackers for a bold, addictive appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup firecracker crackers, crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh chives or green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sour cream and mix until fully combined.
- Stir in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Fold in crushed firecracker crackers, reserving a small amount for topping.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle reserved cracker crumbs and chopped chives on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.
