A creamy, spicy Fire Cracker Dip made with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and crushed firecracker crackers for a bold, addictive appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup firecracker crackers, crushed
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives or green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream and mix until fully combined.
  3. Stir in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Fold in crushed firecracker crackers, reserving a small amount for topping.
  5. Transfer dip to a serving bowl.
  6. Sprinkle reserved cracker crumbs and chopped chives on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.
