Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 300 g thinly sliced roast beef
- 1 cup shredded provolone or Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 2 cups water (for au jus)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer roast beef slices evenly over tortillas.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Roll tortillas tightly into logs.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Prepare au jus by simmering gravy mix with water according to package instructions.
- Serve roll ups with warm au jus for dipping.
