Description

French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups are savory, bite-sized wraps filled with tender roast beef, melted cheese, and creamy spread, served with warm au jus for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 300 g thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 2 cups water (for au jus)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Layer roast beef slices evenly over tortillas.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Roll tortillas tightly into logs.
  6. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  8. Prepare au jus by simmering gravy mix with water according to package instructions.
  9. Serve roll ups with warm au jus for dipping.
