Ingredients
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional toppings: crushed peanuts, sea salt, melted chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop small spoonfuls (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the baking sheet.
- Optionally sprinkle with crushed peanuts or sea salt.
- Freeze for 1–2 hours or until fully set.
- Transfer bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
