Description

Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites are a creamy, protein-packed snack made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate. They’re quick to prepare, freezer-friendly, and perfect for a healthy sweet treat or post-workout snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Optional toppings: crushed peanuts, sea salt, melted chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop small spoonfuls (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the baking sheet.
  5. Optionally sprinkle with crushed peanuts or sea salt.
  6. Freeze for 1–2 hours or until fully set.
  7. Transfer bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use powdered peanut butter for a lighter, lower-calorie version.
  • Swap chocolate chips for chopped dark chocolate or leave them out.
  • Allow bites to sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before eating for best texture.
  • Great for meal prep—store frozen for up to 3 months.
