Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites paired with creamy Parmesan Alfredo shells for a rich, comforting, and crowd-pleasing dinner that comes together quickly.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 12 oz pasta shells
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for sauce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add steak bites and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  6. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in garlic butter for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
  7. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  8. Add heavy cream and garlic powder; simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  9. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
  10. Add cooked pasta shells to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat.
  11. Serve steak bites over or alongside Alfredo shells.
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
  • Do not overcook steak bites to keep them tender.
  • Add a splash of pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
