Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place shrimp on the prepared baking sheet and pour the garlic-Parmesan mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread shrimp out in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 8–10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
