Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place shrimp on the prepared baking sheet and pour the garlic-Parmesan mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread shrimp out in a single layer.
- Roast for 8–10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the shrimp for the final 1–2 minutes.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
