Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add yogurt and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Divide dough into 4 portions and roll each into a thin oval or circle.
  5. Place flatbreads on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, spread pizza sauce evenly on each flatbread.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese, vegetables, and oregano.
  8. Return to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
