Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add yogurt and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Divide dough into 4 portions and roll each into a thin oval or circle.
- Place flatbreads on the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven, spread pizza sauce evenly on each flatbread.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, vegetables, and oregano.
- Return to oven and bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Swap vegetables with your favorite toppings.
- Use whole wheat flour for a heartier crust.
- Flatbreads can be pre-baked and frozen for later use.
