Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- Optional: sliced red onions
- Optional: fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with barbecue sauce and hot honey until well coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half with shredded cheese.
- Add a layer of hot honey BBQ chicken and optional red onions.
- Top with more cheese and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and garnish with cilantro if desired.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

- Adjust the amount of hot honey to control spice level.
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Serve with ranch or sour cream for dipping.
