Ingredients

  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 8 slices salami
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 8 slices ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

  • 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
