Description

Kentucky Bourbon Pecan Fudge is a rich, creamy confection made with smooth chocolate, toasted pecans, and a splash of bourbon that adds warm, caramel-like depth. It’s a classic Southern-inspired treat perfect for holidays or gifting.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Stir constantly until chocolate is fully melted and mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in bourbon, vanilla extract, salt, and chopped pecans.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Lift fudge from pan, cut into squares, and serve.
