Description

Sweet, creamy truffles made from Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes mixed with cream cheese and dipped in white chocolate for a festive no-bake holiday treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (56 cakes)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate or vanilla almond bark, melted
  • Green and red sprinkles (for decorating)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the Christmas Tree Cakes into a large bowl.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm.
  5. Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Place back on parchment and top with sprinkles before the coating hardens.
  7. Refrigerate until set, then serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use a fork or dipping tool for smoother coating.
  • Chill the dough longer if it’s too soft to roll.
  • Store truffles in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
