Description

Crispy seasoned fries topped with creamy cheese sauce, ranch dressing, and Cajun spices—this Wingstop-style Louisiana Voodoo Fries copycat is bold, indulgent, and irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag (28 oz / 800 g) frozen French fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Toss frozen fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  5. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in shredded cheddar until melted and smooth.
  8. Remove fries from oven and transfer to a serving platter.
  9. Pour cheese sauce over fries.
  10. Drizzle ranch dressing on top.
  11. Garnish with green onions if desired and serve hot.
