Ingredients
- 1 bag (28 oz / 800 g) frozen French fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Toss frozen fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in shredded cheddar until melted and smooth.
- Remove fries from oven and transfer to a serving platter.
- Pour cheese sauce over fries.
- Drizzle ranch dressing on top.
- Garnish with green onions if desired and serve hot.
