Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing

Instructions

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard if using.

  5. Sprinkle cooked bacon evenly over the beef.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  7. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
  8. Pour egg mixture evenly over the casserole.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and golden on top.
  10. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Add pickles or sugar-free ketchup on top for a classic cheeseburger flavor.
  • Great for meal prep and reheats well.
