Description

Million Dollar Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells are rich, creamy, and indulgent — jumbo pasta shells filled with a cheesy chicken mixture and baked in a luscious Alfredo sauce for a truly comforting and crowd-pleasing meal.

Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus ½ cup for topping)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook jumbo shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta, cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  4. Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the chicken and cheese mixture and arrange them in the dish in a single layer.
  6. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for a richer flavor and creamier texture.
  • For extra indulgence, mix a bit of cooked bacon or spinach into the filling.
  • Pairs perfectly with garlic bread and a crisp Caesar salad.
