Description

Pineapple Christmas Tree is a fun, festive, and healthy holiday fruit platter made by stacking fresh pineapple slices into a tree shape and decorating with colorful fruits for a cheerful Christmas presentation.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced into rings
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 strawberry, halved (for the star topper)
  • Wooden skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple into even rings and trim them slightly smaller as you go to create a tiered tree effect.
  2. Stack the pineapple slices from largest at the bottom to smallest at the top, securing the center with a skewer.
  3. Decorate the pineapple layers with grapes, blueberries, kiwi slices, and pomegranate seeds using toothpicks.
  4. Place the strawberry half on top as the tree topper.
  5. Arrange any remaining fruit around the base and serve immediately.
