Ingredients
- 3 pounds russet or Yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup water or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- Add the potato chunks to the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, olive oil, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, and water or broth.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
- Toss gently before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
