Ingredients
- 1 lb spicy pork sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose baking mix (such as Bisquick)
- 1/2 cup Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, drained well
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage and softened cream cheese until well mixed.
- Add shredded cheddar, baking mix, drained Rotel, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Drain Rotel thoroughly to avoid excess moisture.
- Use mild sausage if you prefer less heat.
