Description
This Teriyaki Chicken Wrap is a fresh, flavorful, and quick meal made with tender teriyaki-glazed chicken, crisp vegetables, and a creamy sauce all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, meal prep, or an easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup cooked rice (optional)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional, for spicy mayo)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.
- Pour in teriyaki sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha (if using) to make spicy mayo.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet.
- Assemble wraps by adding shredded lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, green onions, and rice (if using) to each tortilla.
- Top with teriyaki chicken, drizzle extra teriyaki sauce and spicy mayo.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds, roll tightly, slice in half, and serve.
