Description

This Teriyaki Chicken Wrap is a fresh, flavorful, and quick meal made with tender teriyaki-glazed chicken, crisp vegetables, and a creamy sauce all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch, meal prep, or an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional, for spicy mayo)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  3. Pour in teriyaki sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha (if using) to make spicy mayo.
  5. Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet.
  6. Assemble wraps by adding shredded lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, green onions, and rice (if using) to each tortilla.
  7. Top with teriyaki chicken, drizzle extra teriyaki sauce and spicy mayo.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds, roll tightly, slice in half, and serve.

Notes

  • Use grilled or rotisserie chicken for a faster version.
  • Add avocado for extra creaminess.
  • Make it low-carb by using lettuce wraps instead of tortillas.
  • Tastes great chilled for meal prep lunches.
