Description

Savory turkey stuffing balls made with classic herbs, breadcrumbs, and broth—crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups leftover stuffing (or prepared boxed stuffing)
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine leftover stuffing, chopped turkey, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the egg, melted butter, and broth. Mix until the mixture holds together when pressed. Add more broth if needed.
  4. Form the mixture into golf-ball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm, with gravy for dipping.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too dry, gradually add more broth until it sticks together.
  • These freeze well—freeze before baking and bake from frozen with 5 extra minutes.
  • Perfect for using leftover Thanksgiving stuffing and turkey.
