Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat a mini waffle maker.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the waffle maker and cook until golden and crisp. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on each chaffle.
